Day 1, September 12
Registration and Breakfast
Day 2, September 13
Get ready for games, music and good eats as we celebrate the closing of the first ever Frontiers, and of course, you!
The Frontiers agenda features 3 breakout tracks: Assemble, Contribute, Integrate.
Teams work best when they know exactly how to get work done, together. Yet, with the fluid nature of today’s teams and the rapid pace of work, getting to that point can be hard. Assemble will explore how we structure our companies and teams, build networks, and allow people to do their best work.
As individuals we work best when we know what we’re doing, and how to get it done. Contribute will focus on better defining the nature of what we do, understanding personal motivation, and empowering people to do their best work.
Everyone works best when they have the resources and tools they need. A technology’s ecosystem of developers and partners is key to the success of its users. At Integrate, we’ll explore the ground developers cover in Slack today, and look toward what’s coming over the horizon.
